If you choose your item to be shipped it will be done so using USPS. Your tracking number will be entered into your invoice which should then be emailed to you. Remember we have a 7-10 business day TAT after ordering on Fridays and shipping is NOT included in that TAT. We cannot control the postal service but we will do our best to ensure you receive your package!

We have a no returns or exchanges policy. If you receive the product wrong or damage from me you have 3 business days from receiving to email me at shoptherusticorchid@gmail.com with a picture so that I can make it right.
